My Thoughts:
"It’s impossible to make excellent decision when you are caught up in the busy whirl of everyday activities. “ (The power of focus)
We are in the information explosion era. Everyday, we are bombarded with information and opinions on the internet. It’s easy to get distracted or lost and get influenced by others. Eventually, we may even forget what we truly want in life. Therefore, it’s important to take a step back and focus on our thoughts allowing us to clear our mind to see things from a new perspective.
Somedays, you just want to stay in bed and escape from the world. Getting overwhelmed and unmotivated is a life cycle. If you are feeling stuck, it’s time for your brain to take a break. We can hardly see a big picture when we are too busy in life.
